Amy has been in the industry for a long time and is very knowledgeable. was a great support to us while we were looking at homes and always made herself available to do showings whenever we found a home, we were interested in. We highly recommend her as a realtor and willl make referrals to her whenever the opportunity arises.

We had a fantastic experience working with Amy selling our home in Stanwood. From the very beginning, Amy was incredibly communicative and always kept us informed every step of the way. What really stood out was how helpful and hands-on she was during the home preparation process offering great advice and guidance that made everything much smoother.

Amy’s professionalism and calm demeanor helped put us at ease, especially as we got closer to closing. She truly made the whole experience less stressful and more manageable. We couldn’t have asked for a better partner during such an important time. Highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area!

Amy recently helped us sell our dad's house in Stanwood, WA and she was absolutely great!

I interviewed 4 realtors before selecting Amy. Amy had more clear experience selling an estate house. She had a clear plan on how she would market the property as a luxury estate and gain wide exposure, and how she would help us get maximum value on the sale.

She staged the house with real furniture, and I can't say enough about how much of a difference this made! The house looked incredible! She had excellent advice on how to prepare the house for sale, without spending a lot of money on renovations. Her photographer was everything she promised and more, waiting for an evening to find real sunset photos looking over Puget Sound! She had excellent connections with landscapers, cleaners, etc. that worked fast, efficiently, and cost-effectively.

Amy sent us weekly progress updates getting the house ready for sale, and updates every week while the house was on the market. She helped us go through the closing property remotely, since all of us siblings live in other states.

I highly recommend Amy as a great realtor!

After a bad experience with a realtor selling my property. My wife contacted Amy Wagner who takes her job seriously offering an excellent support. Moving quickly with the staging and upload it on the Market. We sold before closing on our new build. 💯recommended 👌
