She staged the house with real furniture, and I can’t say enough about how much of a difference this made! The house looked incredible! She had excellent advice on how to prepare the house for sale, without spending a lot of money on renovations. Her photographer was everything she promised and more, waiting for an evening to find real sunset photos looking over Puget Sound! She had excellent connections with landscapers, cleaners, etc. that worked fast, efficiently, and cost-effectively.
Amy sent us weekly progress updates getting the house ready for sale, and updates every week while the house was on the market. She helped us go through the closing property remotely, since all of us siblings live in other states.
